Small town Saturday night.

Well here it is New Year's Eve and my kids and I couldn't decide what we wanted to do so I decided we'd go spend the night in a local hotel....and pretend like we're touists, or travellers, or rednecks from another world. We're taking games and swimsuits and that's it! I figure if we forget something, I'll just drive home and get it!!

Should be fun...I'll let you know how it goes.

HAVE THE HAPPIEST NEW YEAR EVER.

This sounds like it would have been fun. It's definitely an out-of-the-ordinary New Year's eve which, it seems to me, will be something to remember. Good idea. So who stayed up the longest? J, J, or J? Looking ahead to a great '06. and to have you be able to spend more of it here in SoCal with me - hafta do one of those hurry up road trips again! Why you, Will and I have been blessed (?) with the driving bug I'm not sure, but it makes the idea of 1200 miles in 24 hours an easy thing to consider. Maybe it's because dad didn't like driving at all? ...or claimed that he didn't since he DID drive from LA to Ontario, Canada not once, not twice, but 3 times in six years! Happy New year bro.

Big bro Pete.
